Here are the said that the president ARIA held in 1995 at the time he had gave the Silver medal to M. ABBASI.
And in 2003, M. ABBASI received the Gold medal.

« The French Succeed and Devotion was created in 1957 by M. Raoul Guerry. His goal is to honour and to reward peoples who proof their succeed in different life activities or who devoted like the name says for the noble causes. Alain Colas, Louis The Prince Renier, one of the pioneer of the French television, Pierre Sabbagh, the ex president of the French patronat Yvon Gattaz, the abbot Pierre, the five times as the winners of the Tour de France, Bernard Hinault, the loner swimmer, Alain D'Aboville, the great professor of Cancerology, George Batte, the huge professor of Cardiology, Christian Chabrol, the first man France who practiced the heart transplantation, the professor Jean Bernard, one of the biggest champion of French tennis, Jean Borotra, the academician and former minister Alain Decau, in the domain of the cinema Gérard Oury and Michelle Morgan, in the domain of song, Charles Aznavour, the famous vulcanologist Arun Tazieff, and other ones who would be too long to name here.

Today, the French succeed and devotion honours the president Hassan ABBASI, who the French Succeed and Devotion has estimated worthy of his decoration because I was here when the commission of rewards decided to give him the Silver medal.
You will hear in my purpose that the president ABBASI has a lot of activities. He was born in 1957 at Mashad in Iran within a family who was always link to the writing and politic.
He started to write in newspaper very early at the age of 14 years old and at 16 he already makes may short movies.
At 17 years old, he becomes the president of the organisation of the youth of the side of people in Iran of course. Enthusiast by pictures, travel and history, he creates at 21 years old, his newspaper ERCHAD of which the goal is to make take conscience to our countrymen, the notions of Liberty, Equality and Justice.
At the beginning of the Iranian revolution, he is named ministerial representative of the area of Khorassan and he is responsible of the radio and television for this area. Then he study philosophy, psychology, sociology, literature history, journalism, hotel business and computer science. You can see how he is eclectic. Unfortunately in 1981, his newspaper is forbidden.
But in 1982, the president ABBASI who is equipped with liberty and democrat spirit is forced to live his country and he takes refuge in a democratic country, France where he lives since 1983, as a politic refugees.
In 1985, he creates the news paper « The Star », first small announcement's newspaper (they are a lot now) and it also have the TV program like other nowadays.
In 1986, he creates the Franco-Persian cultural Association and then he creates alone, the only Persian video collection in France thus the radio program “Sun from Persia” as we all hear every morning.
In 1986, he creates a trading branch of adverts assisted by computer but also the only one in France at this time and what was sometimes later recognized in the “Yellow Pages”.
Those dedicate an entire page to the promotion of the adverts assisted by computer system. The same year, he found definitely « Star Edition » which has many selling spots in Paris and in suburb of which the principal activity would be adverts and modern desk-top publishing printing.
In 1991, he organise a theatre play of which the idea is inspired from the book « Letter of the King ».
This play was introduced in about thirty towns in Europe and Canada with the participation of musicians, decorators and distinguished artists.
In 1994 after years of research and investigation, he creates the Arian calendar of 7017.
M. Greshman, a great French researcher had made a lot to put on light the 7000 years of Parsian history and art and this date of the Persian Arian calendar was also recognised by a majority of the Persians.
The same among of news papers in United-States, Canada and Europe took the year 7017 as an official date. Finally, from 1986 to 1995, he realised and organised more than 150 shows, music concert, traditional Persian celebration, theatre plays with the greatest Persian artists.
...... He still continues his countless activities and aims the only Persian video collection in France introducing all the musical and video Persian news coming for most of them from United-States.
This video collection is accompanied by a big library well provide in books, magazines...
He did until today (1995) eleven books, more than 500 articles, 5 theatre plays and an hundred of sketches and he is now the president of the Franco-Persian Cultural Association. He represent the majority of the Persian of France thus more than 100 Persian artist of cinema, music and theatre.
He is today the director of the radio station “Sun from Persia” and of two Iranian news papers and manager of the office of the Elysées.
